PAYMENT
I accept payment through Paypal, and credit and debit card payments through Stripe.
PACKAGING
Everything comes wrapped in cellophane and sturdy paper envelopes. If you need a tube for a print, any fancy packaging, special notes.. just message me and i'll aim to provide whatever you need (within reason...)!
SHIPPING
All orders are posted with in 7 days of receipt of you order. If you need something fast, please make sure you leave a note. I can arrange a different carrier to Royal Mail as well if you'd prefer - prices on request.
UK: all products ship as 1st Class, and aim to arrive within 2-4 days.
Europe: All purchases ship as International Standard Airmail postage, and aim to arrive within 4-7 days.
USA/Canada: All purchases ship as International Standard Airmail postage, and aim to arrive within 5-7 days.
Rest of the World: All purchases ship as International Standard Airmail postage, and aim to arrive within 7-14 days
These are estimated guidelines from Royal Mail - Items may be subject to hold ups in customs and if so, can take a bit longer to arrive. As everything is shipped from the UK, customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs charges set by their own countries.
Items outside the UK are shipped Royal Mail's regular Airmail and therefore don't come with a tracking number. If you require a signed for, trackable package number for your order, please message me and I can let you know the exact extra cost.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Of course, I want you to be massively-100%-over-the-moon with your purchases; so if for any reason you aren't completely happy with your order, let me know immediately and I will work to rectify any problems straightaway. I love you guys, you're one of the main reasons I do this at all and who knows we all need to be happy in this mad old world!
